Website development for Scholastika, improving their student admissions process with an online application system that handles complex pricing calculations, official document generation, and payment processing, all while being easy for both applicants and administrative staff to use.
Working with Tereza Nováková, I developed a custom Kirby CMS application system that automates the entire admissions workflow. The automated form allows students to apply online with just a few clicks, generating a detailed PDF that includes custom pricing based on selected courses, applicant details, and applied discounts. The system then processes payments through Stripe and sends automated emails with next steps and further instructions, simplifying the entire process for both applicants and administrative staff. The result streamlined admissions from weeks to days, with automated document generation saving hours of manual work and integrated payment tracking making financial management significantly easier for the school.
