Marie Madonna (FR/LU) is a web developer and designer based in Rotterdam (NL), with a focus on open-source tools and custom digital platforms. She works with cultural organizations, creative professionals, and independent publishers across the world - building websites, e-commerce systems, and interactive platforms for projects that value thoughtful design and technical flexibility.

She creates custom solutions for art spaces, publishers, grant-funded projects, and design research, working primarily with ProcessWire CMS and other open-source tools. Her background in graphic design shapes how she approaches technical work: with attention to both functionality and visual detail.

Most of Marie's work involves web development: custom CMS sites, e-commerce platforms for creative businesses, and multi-language websites, designed for organizations that need more than a WordPress template. She also provides ongoing maintenance and support for existing projects. She occasionally takes on editorial and print design projects, particularly publications, artist books, and cultural materials where typography and materiality are central. While print is a smaller part of her practice, it remains important to her work.
